KOIN 6: All-new festival ‘MXPDX’ bridges cultures through cerveza

Mexico and Oregon are more than 2,000 miles apart, but a new festival in Portland is bridging the distance through craft brews and culture.

MXPDX is the first-ever Mexico/Oregon Fiesta de la Cerveza, featuring 13 breweries from central Mexico partnering with 13 breweries in Oregon to create original collab recipes.

The inaugural event is happening Saturday, July 19th at The Redd on Salmon.
