    Inspired by the iconic Mexico City staple of Al Pastor Tacos found on every street corner in Mexico, Dos Con Todo is an American Corn Lager base conditioned on fire roasted pineapple and Morita peppers.

  • pFriem Family Brewers x Cervecería Hércules

    Pink Xocoyul Fest Pils

    In honor of the inaugural MXPDX festival, we joined forces with Cervecería Hércules to create a Fest Pils that drinks vibrantly. To balance the larger nature of this lager we incorporated Vienna malt and brewed with a Tlaxacaltecan variety of heirloom corn, Pink Xocoyul helping to provide depth of flavor. With notes of fresh bread, neroli, white pepper, accompanied by a nuttiness that rounds out the finish. This beer drinks smooth, bold, and easy, with just enough malt and maize flavor to bring you back to your glass again and again! 6.0% ABV, 34 IBU

  • Sunriver Brewing x Santa Sabina Brewing

    MESCALINA fruited tart ale

    Brewed for the MX/PDX fest in Portland, this is a collaboration brew with Cervesa Santa Sabina from Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. This Mezcalita cocktail inspired fruited tart ale tastes just as cool as it sounds. Loads of guava and orange, with layers of hibiscus, lime zest and maguey salt. Complex, inspiring, fun, and a little bit weird, with a slight salty, smokey, citrusy finish.

    Mother of Gods Agua Fresca Lager

    A prickly pear agua fresca lager brewed in collaboration with Cerveceria Malteza and Cōātlīcue, the Aztec goddess known as the mother of gods. Notes of cactus fruit, watermelon and blood of our enemies. We proudly stand with our immigrant friends-families belong together, always. Alcohol: 4.9% abv

    Pozol Dark Mexican Lager 

    Dark Mexican Lager Brewed with local Three Sisters Nixtamal corn, Smoky dark honey and conditioned on cocoa nibs.

    Brewed to emulate the flavors of  “Pozol”, a traditional Mexican beverage, especially popular in the southeast of the country, made from nixtamalized corn and cacao. 5.7% abv.

    Murph

    Hazy IPA with Passionfruit and Sweet Lime Zest Oil

    Dry hopped with Strata and Citra Cryo. OFP Passionfruit purée added during fermentation. Sweet lime zest oil, distilled at Interstellar, added in brite. 7% abv.

  • Little Beast Brewing x Cervecera Cru Cru

    Gusano Gose

    Gose style beer with coriander and worm salt - Worm salt is a traditional salt served sprinkled on an orange slice, with a small glass of Mezcal. The worm salt is a combination of Oaxacan sea salt, smoked Oaxacan chiles, and dried and ground worms (gusano) from the agave plant.

  • Zoiglhaus Brewing x Campfire Brewing

    Pure Guava Kolsch

    Zoiglhaus is teaming up with the brewers from Campfire Brewing in Aguascalientes, Mexico for this special collaboration for MXPDX. We started with our Gold-Medal winning German-style Kolsch and added the right amount of guava (Aguascalientes is one of the largest producers of guava in the world) to create this super quaffable concoction. Prost and Salud! 4.9% abv 20 IBU

  • Barley Brown's Brewing x Cerveceria Cardera

    Que Chido IPA Agave IPA 

    Malt is Pilsner, 2-Row Pale, and some flaked corn. Blue Agave extract was added in the whirlpool. Hops are from our friends at Loza Farms Wapato Washington: Citra, Comet, and Cascade. Loza Farms is the only Mexican-American owned hop farm in the US. (Loza Farms is on Brown Road- so cool) Junior Loza, Armando, and I kicked around the idea for this beer at the Ensenada Beer Festival. 6.2 ABV

  • Monkless Belgian Ales x Cerveceria Cyprez

    Epazótica Grisette (Petite Saison) conditioned on Epazote

    As summer sets in, Cervecera Cyprez and Monkless Belgian Ales unite to create

    Epazótica – a refreshing Grisette inspired by the farmhouse ales of Belgium. This light, sessionable style features a wheat base and balanced bitterness, making it perfect for warm-weather drinking. Conditioned on epazote, a traditional herb used in Hispanic cooking, Epazótica offers subtle earthy and minty notes that enhance its base of citrus, tropical fruit, and white pepper. Straw-colored and crisp, it has a lightly bready palate and finishes dry and tart, true to Saison tradition.

    A late addition of Hallertau Blanc lends mild floral bitterness and a subtle berry and white wine character, rounding out this unique, cross-cultural collaboration. ABV: 3.5% IBUs: 25

    Foeder aged saison with prickly pear and two truly unique varieties of neomexicanus hops: bear paw, grown in Gila at Bearpaw Ranch, and willow creek, harvested wild by a friend (thanks Will!). 6% abv

    Colabadorable Berlinerweisse with Prickly Pear 

    A Prickly Pear Berliner as beautiful as it is pink. Vibrant, refreshing and perfectly prickly, Colabadorable was designed for summer drinking. We brewed this pink drink with 25 pounds of prickly pear per barrel. Ultra bright, ultra refreshing watermelon Jolly Rancher flavor makes Colabadorable cool and refreshing until the last sip.

    Brewed with our friends at Falling Piano Brewery in Mexico City, Mexico, who know a lot about summer drinking. 3.7% ABV.

    Berliner Weisse is the traditional German style. Its 50/50 blend of wheat and malt base makes it a refreshing and slightly cloudy beer, ginger and hibiscus add to the freshness by adding a nice spiciness and a bit of acidity, both very balanced with its 3% alcohol, resulting in a light and refreshing beer. 3% abv.

    A light, pale style with a light aroma of grain and rye, spices, floral notes, and lemongrass-like citrus notes. Simply a delight to refresh complex palates. It's the brewers' favorite style. 6% abv.

    Blanca de Maguey Mexican White IPA

    It blends the characteristics of a Belgian Witbier with the hoppiness of an American IPA, using traditional ingredients like orange peel and coriander, but also incorporating agave sap from the Maguey Pulquero plant. 7% abv

    Coahuila 99 Red Ale

    A classic red ale with clean caramel malt flavor and aroma and a deep reddish copper color. Deep reddish copper color. Finishes with a slight roasted grain taste, which provides the characteristic dryness to the finish.6% abv

    IPA with rice alcohol and Zappa and Citra hops.

    With pleasant aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, medium bitterness and dry finish, refreshing on the palate and persistent carbonation. Nanook recommends it. 6% abv

    A beer for when the mood hits heavy. Hazy, intense, and packed with fruit. Born from a collaboration with Cerveceria Insurgente it’s back as one of our seasonal favorites. Aromas of ripe mango, pineapple, sweet lemon, and a herbal touch. Juicy flavor with notes of passion fruit, pink grapefruit, melon, and berries. Dry finish. 8.7% Alc. Vol.
