CERVEZA & SIDRA

MXPDX will team 13 breweries from Central Mexico with 13 Oregon breweries/cideries to create original collaborations for the festival. Additionally, the festival will import beers from each Mexican craft brewery. A total of 26 beers and/or cider/mead will be featured at the event with brewers from each team in attendance.

• Oaxacan Negroni - Our riff on this quintessential cocktail is a rich and herbal interpretation, made smokier with mezcal Dandeleon. Accompani Crimson Snap, Sweet Vermouth, and house orange and chocolate bitters round out this savory sipper. From our Secret Sipper Line

• Matador - Tequila, Mezcal, Accompani Dry Vermouth, Housemade Orange Liqueur) - from our Secret Sipper line

• Blanco Margarita  - Blanco Tequila, Housemade Orange Liqueur, Fresh-Pressed Lime Juice, Jacobsen Sea Salt (This is a new release, summer 2025)

• Signature Margarita (Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Housemade Orange Liqueur, Portland Syrups Habanero and Mango Syrup, Fresh-Pressed Lime Juice, and Jacobsen Sea Salt.

• Paloma (Reposado, sparkling grapefruit) - Reposado tequila, Housemade Grapefruit Soda, Pink Peppercorn, Tamarind

• Thai Gimlet (Vodka, thai chili) - Vodka, Fresh-Pressed Lime Juice, Coconut, Thai Chile, Galangal, & Tamarind (This is a new release, summer 2025) 

• Oregon Old Fashioned - Whiskey, Housemade Bitters of Filbert & Fir, Simple Syrup
